FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Do I need experience to join a course?

No. Fine Art Foundation, Graphic Design Studio and Illustration and Story all start from zero and welcome complete beginners. Only Graffiti and Street Art asks for a minimum age of 16, for safety reasons — no prior spray experience needed.

Are materials included in the course fee?

Yes. Paint, canvas, paper, inks, spray cans, safety gear and software lab access are all included in the price you see at enrollment. You never need to buy a supply list — just bring yourself and clothes that can get messy.

How do I enroll and pay?

Choose your course, open its page and press Enroll Now — checkout takes a few minutes and confirms your place instantly. If you prefer to talk first, send us a message through the contact page and we will hold guidance places for a week.

What is the refund policy?

Full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session. Between 7 days and the first session we offer a free transfer to the next term. After the course starts, missed sessions can be made up in a parallel group where space allows.

How big are the groups?

Fourteen students maximum per group, and most run with eight to twelve. The tutor paints or designs alongside you and reviews every student's work each session.

Is spray painting taught safely and legally?

Absolutely. All graffiti sessions run on our own legal practice walls and the final public mural. Respirators, gloves and ventilation are mandatory and provided, and the first session covers safety, ethics and the law before anyone shakes a can.

Do I get a certificate or portfolio?

Both. Every student receives a certificate of completion, and every course ends with showable work: framed exhibition pieces, a printed design portfolio, documented mural photography, or a printed mini-book.

Where do classes take place, and when?

All courses run at our studios at 48 Mercer Street, open weekday evenings 6:30–9:00 pm and Saturdays 11:00 am–3:00 pm. Fine Art meets Mondays and Thursdays, Design on Tuesdays and Fridays, Illustration on Wednesdays, and Graffiti on Saturday afternoons.
